Yes, it's from Einstein.

What does "Wir müssen wissen. Wir werden wissen" mean?

Regarding
bugs 388 and 392, someone else was able to reproduce them.  We did find
the cause...  Adding comments as I write this.  Curious?

You need to take into account that IRC can be quite some time-waster  
and that therefore some people might not be able to attent that often.

Are you sure this is from Einstein? I know it as:

"Manche Menschen haben einen Gesichtskreis vom Radius Null und nennen  
ihn ihren Standpunkt." -- David Hilbert

which would translate into something like:

    Some people have got a mental horizon of radius zero and call it  
their point of view.

So, Hilbert. not as famous as Einstein amoung non-math people, which  
makes quite harder to use :-)
