The last version of Mondrian should be in a usable state very soon. PERT diagram can be trivially modeled in Mondrian.
What I can suggest, is to download the last version of Mondrian. Have a look at the class MOReadme. It contains few examples. Do not hesitate to get in touch with me privately for help.
