NetNameResolver definitely containts at least one bug related to IPv6 code
being called when it should not be. I am trying to adapt to the imaging
building changes, so I can't easily confirm your details at this point, but
there are problems with the code. I have encountered it on both Linux and
Windows, the latter being more machine-specific, perhaps due to the particular
version of the OS, presence of vm software, and other confounding factors
unrelated to Pharo.
