This is not good to have all these strings to encode platform support.
We should move some code to SmalltalkImage
SmalltalkImage>>win32
^ 'Win 32'
SmalltalkImage>>isWin32CE
^ (self platformName = 'Win32' and: [self osVersion = 'CE'])
