Here some explanation to the link Marcus posted... ;) This is Pharo RC4 packaged in a one-click image and it is intend to be officially released very soon now.
Please check it out and report any critical problems. (You can also report non-critical problems, but they are going into 1.1, or if important enough, into a forthcoming 1.0.* maintenance release.)
