We should check the state of Alien in newer Win32 VMs, especially after Joachim released JNIPort 2.0 now with Pharo and Squeak support.
I asked him offlist about the VM support (IAB32.dll) - he still uses the VM from this issue tracker provided by Marco in squeakVMWithAlien.zip. But this is a 3.11.4.0 Squeak VM and we have newer ones meanwhile.
