The problem is that if you use addSelector:withMethod then you will need to implement a lot of messages, like #methodClass: , #selector: , #pragmas, etc. In summary, a lot of methods from CompiledMethod. Notice that ObjectAsMethodWrapper is subclass of Object, not CompiledMethod.
