Change the VM argument access back to be consistent with linux: CogVM binaries as per VMMaker.oscog-eem.139/r2519. 0 => executable name -1 .. -n => VM arguments *including* image (if explicitly supplied). Provide standard i/o console access on Windows. -- best, Eliot
