In the old days, the following event was registered:
aSystemChangeNotifier
notify: self ofSystemChangesOfItem: #method change: #Recategorized using:
#methodMoved:
in MCPackageManager class>>reregisterForNotificationsWith:
So either that event is not being generated by the code or ....
