Thanks for sorting this out. Although it is very good we know the origin now,
this is really bad news: it is unclear how to propose a fix. It might be
related to:
- the python-notify version
- the python-wxgtk version
- Ubuntu packaging
- your configuration
.. or a combination of those. So I can only certainly exclude the import
statement for Ubuntu Intrepid, other cases need to be tested. I'll install
ubuntu intrepid and check if I can reproduce the error, to remove the last
parameter (your configuration) from this list.
What are the versions of python-notify and python-wxgtk on your system?

Bug description:
Hi,
I checked out the latest Phatch branch changes. And every time I add any action
and click on any of its fields (or even anywhere around it) phatch is
terminating with Segmentation Fault error.
I'm running it on Ubuntu Intrepid.
