Bug description:
1. Open phatch.
2. Hit ctrl and + or select "Add an action".
3. Make sure tags field is set to "All".
4. Write "water" (no "'s).
I would expect it to return watermark action. Instead I get a list containing
"Color to Alpha", "Highlight", "Mask", "Text" and finally "Watermark".
I'm using "Phatch 0.2.0.bzr824" version of Phatch.
