I prefer option 3. Use the top left pixel to fill of the bigger image.

Bug description:
If too small image is provided to ImageDictionaryField, it gives "couldn't add
an image to the image list" error. Proposed fixes (pick one?):
1. scale image to match field minimum
2. use default (X) image instead and show image name
3. create a new image matching to minimum size and paste the image on the
center of it (in other words change the size of image canvas to match minimum
size)
