Status in Phatch = Photo & Batch!: Confirmed
Status in “phatch” package in Ubuntu: Confirmed
Bug description:
Binary package hint: phatch
Currently, if you uncheck the "Overwrite existing images" option, phatch still
processes the image before trying to check if it should be saved or not.
I know this is not easy to fix, but ideally, when I have a thousand images to
process and launch the batch job multiple times, it should just continue where
it left off, without reprocessing images that already have an existing output
file.
