Looking at the state of that repo, the thing is little more than a dumping ground for utilities. It's barely useful in it's current form.
So, some (likely incomplete) steps: 1) get repo cleaned up and prepared to be built on many platforms 2) get some basic testing setup 3) add to the auto-tester #3 is the easiest part, really.
