I believe that it all goes in d-programming-language.org/changelog.dd now. The
separate changelog files in the other repos should probably be removed.
It seems that there is not a single change listed for 2.063 there yet,
either. Is it generated automatically from Bugzilla entries or
something? Or maybe people are just lazy? :)
