If you know of packages where the 8.0 version is newer than phoebe
bugzilla it. The same goes for official 8.0 updates, though check the
updated package isn't in rawhide (when it is next updated), as up2date for
phoebe is being updated very rarely, but if an updated package is in
rawhide it, that update will almost certainly make it into 8.1.
