The LARGE disclaimer on his signature block is unfortunate - and possibly
unavoidable.  Many large corporations have SMTP post-processing and
filtering in place - Tumbleweed is one of the vendors in this space. If so,
then this gets tacked on to all outgoing messages.
These are really, a PITA - but necessary to meet some networks' security and
acceptable use policies.

He may, in fact, be trying to unsubscribe from his corp account, to re-join
with a web-mailer, etc...
