Local fix is to edit smb.conf.  General fix is to adjust the default
configuration of redhat-config-samba.

This issue was new to Phoebe since it related to redhat-config-samba,
which does not exist in Red Hat Linux 8.  You'll need to manually
configure samba in RHL 8.
