Looks pretty cool. I'm looking forward to getting my hands on it. <http://www.yellowdoglinux.com/products/ydl.shtml>
Bluecurve, XF86 4.3.0, Gnome 2.2, KDE 3.1, & now w/Anaconda for install that looks just like RH8/8.0.x beta installer. (Anyone who is familiar with their previous installer knows how relatively crappy it was). I'm curious... All those Red Hat employees out there... Do you guys do much to help Yellow Dog out, or are they mostly on their own? I'd been thinking of scrapping my PowerBook G4, and getting one of the new Dell Inspiron 8500 wide-screen laptops to run Red Hat Linux 8.x, but YDL 3.0 may have just made me decide to keep it the PBG4 bit longer. Red Hat-esque Linux & Mac OS X on the same laptop. Now that is blissful. WAY better than polluting your laptop with that other OS produced just up I-405 from me... But still of course, Red Hat Linux still on my desktop and servers. :) -- Jarod Wilson, RHCE <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> "A wise man once said nothing at all" -- -- Phoebe-list mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] https://listman.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/phoebe-list
