A far more interesting question (from my perspective) would be - what are the differences between the final beta (Phoebe 3) and RHL 9? Most of us on this list will have dealt with the beta and would be familiar with it, so what surprises are in store for us in RHL9? The reason for the question is simple - while differences bewteen 8 and 9 will be highlighted in the release notes, differences between Phoebe 3 and 9 will not.
