One of two things:

1. There are a zillion people hammering the site trying to get at RHL9 
   before it is actually released

2. RHL has simply set the allowed user count to zero to prevent people 
   from aimlessly scouring through the site looking for RHL9 ISOs, thereby 
   eating up bandwidth

I suspect it is either (2) or a combination of (1) and (2). Since the 
behaviour is uniform on all RH sites, I guess it is more likely (2).

6 hours to go to the RHL9 release (for RHN subscribers).
