Guys, A friend was asking me about a child's acoustic phonograph and whether the tonearm was original. It 'looks' to be but there is also a slotted area where it looks like an electronic speaker could have been installed. The base is made of what looks like some sort of plastic or bakelite. Maybe it's a transition player that came equipped both ways? I can email a couple pics if anybody would like to have a look and help solve this puzzle.
