Thanks to George Vollema, I finally got it with the flat blade screwdriver
technique. Then I had to figure out how to tighted the set screw, which is in
line with the governor stanchion. I removed the spring barrels, manipulatred
the motor frame and finally found the right angle with which to tighten it! I
had to get a screwdriver with a long skinny handle too. Now I am off to buy
some washers, and I will hear it play for the first time!
