I would think it logical for a Victor phonograph repairman to repair a 
Columbia machine every so often.  I doubt if it violated his 
sensibilities or union contract.

I can't see how this is a Victor tool.  The spaner wrenches and hex wrenches 
fit all the parts on a Columbia reproducer that need to be removed or 
adjusted when it is serviced.  Other than the screw driver blade, nothing 
else will fit a Victor reproducer.
