I've seen a variety of Orthophonic era interpretations of the Victor #5 but
this one looks more like a Victor part (from the front) than any of them.

Check eBay auction # 27025510448.  This has to be about the closest to an 
orthophonic I've ever seen.  It has the correct 9 teardrop holes and even 
appears to have the phazing plug.  Anyone ever see this one or can make a 
comment on it?
