the driving belt as will be presently explained, and the lugs b' are slotted to permit this movement the screw b being finaly tightend after the proper adjustment of the driving belt has been secured." Patened June 20th, 1893 and applied for July 30, 1888. somewhere I have a few parts list for Perfected and class M phonographs. This adjustment screw is located just under the left end of the mandrel, there should be a casting that has this screw, as part of the bottom motor bedplate.
