Recently, there have been quite a few comments about Edison 4 minute wax cylinder #473, E. H. Shackleton's MY SOUTH POLAR EXPEDITION. Most collectors would rate this as the rarest of all Edison 4 minute wax cylinders. I have just listed on Ebay what, I believe to be, a cylinder that is rarer than the Shackleton cylinder. It is Theodore Roosevelt's speech (#1146) PROGRESSIVE COVENANT WITH THE PEOPLE.
