Hmmmmm....maybe I'll try Bullseye another time on some practice decals. I have 
plenty of striping left to practice with.

If you put it on a fresh water set decal and it is brushed on without flowing 
on single light coats the decal lifts and crinkles.  If you know how to do it 
then it very well can be done.  As the individual who just applied the decal 
went through a deal of expense and angst to get them on.  A casual application 
of bullseye with a brush is asking for a disaster.

You can dust on that bullseye from a Foo-Foo can if you are careful though.
