Hi all You probably remember that I bought a Victor II Humpback to resell, and it had a Victrola IV tonearm..well I got the correct tonearm from Ron Sitko, and today I spent a few hours cleaning the machine up, finally complete. Brought it in the house, and started to wind it up to try it out for the first time. winding it about 3/4 of the way up and SNAP!!!! The winding shaft broke off in the crank. Arrgh.
