I have not used that. I have an account with USPS which allows me to ship Priority, International Priority etc, and you get a discount for using it online. I love the convenience of not having to stand in line at the post office anymore. You cannot do airmail, media mail or regular postage though, so it sounds like Paypal is the best for that..
