Hello All I have already received several orders, so I thought I'd address the ordering process all at once! If you are in the US and would like to order a copy, you can send payment via Paypal using my email address, john9...@pacbell.net. Single copies are $12.50 postpaid via First Class. Media Mail is too slow for me! For additional copies, If you want multiple copies, let me know and I will quote postage. For $15 they can be sent Priority, but First Class should get it there as fast. For international orders, Air Mail will be used. Le me know if you have further questions. Thank you John Robles.
