What a shock!  We have never met Bob, but he has always been so helpful and 
generous with advice, time and knowledge over the years. He was always quick to 
answer inquisitive emails. Not only that, he didn't hesitate to invite total 
strangers to visit their home or even spend time on the boat! He will be sorely 
missed. My heart aches for his family and friends. Very, very sad news indeed.
