Great point. I hadn't gotten that far in my thinking. I wonder if the seller can simply report that the high bidder was a deadbeat.
Perhaps as long as Paypal doesn't see the purported funds, this might be easy for them to do. Still it seems they'd have listing fees, which would be minimal.
