ARSC puts its membership directory in the members only area and only currently paid members have access to it. The hardest part of that is keeping the director up to date. ARSC has a PUBLIC section with an Audio Restoration and Preservation Directory (though APS folks will me more interested in phono parts). We also need to think about vendor or repair listings, and will likely use some web-feature for this rather than in a directory, as we have in the past. We believe it's especially important for new folks who aren't yet members to have access to parts & repair services before they damage their phonographs.
