--- 2014 ARSC CONFERENCE: CONFERENCE HOTEL SOLD OUT ---
--- EARLY-REGISTRATION DEADLINE APPROACHING: APRIL 22 ---

The 48th annual ARSC Conference, hosted by the Southern Folklife Collection,
University of North Carolina, will be held May 14-17, at the Sheraton Chapel
Hill Hotel.

Our room block at the Sheraton Chapel Hill Hotel is essentially sold-out,
though there may be single rooms available for non-peak nights.

We have arranged for overflow rooms at the Quality Inn Chapel Hill, located
at 1740 North Fordham Blvd., just two blocks from the Sheraton. A block of
rooms (2 double beds or 1 king bed, non-smoking) has been held for ARSC at
the rate of $62 per night plus tax. For reservations, call (919) 968-3000
and request the ARSC group rate. This offer expires on May 2. After that
date, all rooms are subject to availability at the prevailing rate.
