It was some time ago, but I don't think I ever posted on this list the latest updates to OpenTrailView, which aims to collect photos for paths and trails and (ultimately) provide StreetView-like functionality for paths. Users can upload panoramas, and also plain photos (to reduce the barrier to entry so that photostitching software does not have to be used).
Anyway you can now upload multiple photos, manage them (delete, position etc) and link them together as routes (the key feature of OTV), by selecting the "route" tool and joining them together. I'm hoping to do more development work on OTV soon, to actually focus on developing the "StreetView" like functionality, though due to other commitments it might be the new year now.
