See if you can narrow it down some more. What does the message log say when it dies for you? If it's not serving ASP pages correctly, it may be IIS: perhaps an uninstall/reinstall cycle is needed. Do you have all of the IIS updates installed? The error that I reported may not be the same because it goes away when I restart IIS; I don't need to reboot my computer. Also, try this: serve up an asp page. Then wait "a while" and see if it behaves the same way. I can't find anything very helpful at microsoft. Which I can't understand.
