If it only happens with IE 6.0 -> report it to Microsoft.
Not PHP bug.

I'm using Apache 1.3.24 and if tested it with Apache 2.0.35 (with the
experimental dll) they both have the problem.
It only goes wrong with IE 6.0.
I have also tested it in:
Mozilla 0.9.8
Opera 6.0.1
Netscape 4.0.8

Which apache are you trying to use php4apache.dll?
It's only meant to be used with apache 1.3.x.
And is it really IE 6.0 specific? Does this happen
with e.g. Netscape?

Yes I did, but I can tell you that it is working. The only thing that
isn't working is the dll module.

I think you might be using the wrong php.exe there.
Did you copy the one found in the sapi/ folder in the .zip ?
