The bug system is not the appropriate forum for asking support
questions. For a list of a range of more appropriate places to ask
for help using PHP, please visit http://www.php.net/support.php

It's called $HTTP_POST_VARS

nothing when installing version 4.2.0, it works as expected with 4.1.2

with/without mod-perl(1.26), same effect so i got earlier version of
php)
