There was enough information to see that you encountered an already
reported bug. It's fixed in CVS, you can try a stable snapshot from
snaps.php.net, or wait for 4.2.1RC2 (which will be released lated
today) to test if it works for you.

It works in the php 4.1.1 but not in the 4.2.0 .
I try to fetch a row by rownumber with odbc_fetch_row from an oracle
db. To me it looks like cursors are not working corectly but i could be
wrong
