I have installed apache 2.035 mysql 3.23.49 and the php windows binary 4.2.0. running php as a module. When using the phpmyadmin application I am unable to add or drop databases or log into newly created db with php4.2. On the phpmyadmin site, they make reference to the experimental nature of the new apache 2 filter, but I didn't see any bug logged that related to this specific issue.
