Description:
------------
I have not managed to successfully install PHP. My laptop is offline
with TCP/IP services installed but PHP won't install properly.Apache
installs ok but when I try to load phpinfo(); the browser can't find the
page. When I try to open *.php files a message is displayed which says
the file is an invalid win32 application.

Reproduce code:
---------------
<?php phpinfo(); ?>

Expected result:
----------------
the browser should display the php/apache/ODBC configuration details.

Actual result:
--------------
Page could not be found error message in internet explorer.
