Description: ------------ The regexp used for validating URLs rejects umlaut domains -- umlaut domains are legal nowadays, so filter should support them... since IE6 does NOT support them, I'd suggest adding a new flag, like FILTER_FLAG_ALLOW_UMLAUTS.
