Bug description: file_get_contents or fopen produce my_thread_global_end error

I have PHP 5.2.3 on my win2003 server
when I launch a simple script like :

$data = file_get_contents("http://www.google.com";);
print $data;
?>
return to me :
'Error in my_thread_global_end(): 1 threads didn't exit'
this bug was already marked in bug ID: #41967
but without answer
