mysql_enable_rpl_parse() changes (breaks) mysql connect struct somehow,
so that after using this function MySQLi crashes on shutdown, or on
mysql connect struct destruction to be precise.
Not sure if the problem is in MySQLi or on libmysqlclient, but the
latter seems to be more likely.
