SPL Interfaces doesn't are recognize in namespace.
Reproduce code:

namespace foobar;
class foo implements SplObserver { }
Expected result:

Fatal error: Class foo contains 1 abstract method and must therefore be
declared abstract or implement the remaining methods (SplObserver::update)

Actual result:
