need to add "new" keyword, otherwise call to "return SoapFault(...)" gives
undefined function error.
ext/soap/tests/server021.phpt: line 12
return SoapFault("Server","Function $name doesn't exist");
should read:
return new SoapFault("Server","Function $name doesn't exist");
