Downloaded 5.2.6dev which was installed with IIS CGI, but am not able to load any simple .php (i,.e. hello.php) into internet explorer from localhost/cgi-bin/hello.php (I think this was http://snaps.php.net/win32/php5.2-win32-installer-latest.msi)!
