Are you by any chance using ISAPI module with IIS? Are you aware that there is much better FastCGI support for it nowadays? (And that's preferred, any ISAPI related bugs will never get fixed..) Works fine. When I go to browser and execute the same code, process "php.exe" don't show in the "process view" and I can't create a rule on Dbgsvc. - What process I need to follow in order to find the crash?
