PHP Bug Type: Feature/Change Request
Bug description: SHMOP : would be nice to have a function that returns
shm_nattch value.

Description:
------------
In order to effectively recover shared memory after an Apache process
crash, it would be useful to attach to the shared memory segment and then
be able to tell whether or not you are the only process that is currently
attached. This way you will be able to check some value in shared mem and
tell whether or not that value is lying around due to a program crash.

This functionality could also be useful to implement reference counting
for the shared mem. The last process to detach from the mem segment can
remove it.
